Brought car in for diagnostics today. Service advisor was friendly and respectful. My husband wanted a call from service beforehand and service dept had no issue with it and discussed the issue we were having. Although the diagnostic revealed somewhat of a major (expensive) issue, my service advisor (Michael O'Connor) went above and beyond and made getting the bad news a little less painful. Also needed info from parts dept and that gentleman was also very friendly and did not talk down to me because I was a woman. Took the time to get all the information I asked for and offered his assistance with a phone call if we have any more questions. The timely, friendly service I had today definitely made my day! Thank you!
