Specializing in a program with wolves, the WSC is a great place to take a road trip with the family to observe some amazing animals! “The Wildlife Science Center was founded as a federally funded research facility in 1976, in order to observe and document the physiology and behavior of a captive population of gray wolves.”
Midtown Global Market – Fridays, March 25th
Family Fridays at Midtown Global Market are a great way to get out and enjoy a unique experience. “Family Fridays are crowded, loud and bustling. It is difficult to keep kids focused and easy to lose them. I warn of this, not to scare you off, but to prepare you. They are fun, especially in the winter when you are missing outdoor festivals. Like a festival, you can buy food (that often resembles food truck food) and sit at a table (or on the floor) to watch the entertainment of the day.”
MN Bacon and Beer Classic – Saturday, April 15th
We have to give you a fair warning of an event that features two of our 3 favorite things (the third one is cars). “Join us at the Nicolette Island Pavilion for our Bacon and Beer Classic: Pop-Up Edition on April 15, 2017. Come hungry, come thirsty, leave happy! Experience bacon-infused dishes, unlimited bacon strips, 50+ craft beers, music, contests, games, and more.”
