This review is long overdue. I purchased a vehicle at Morrie's Mazda Inver Grove back in January 2017. Gabe Schmidt (customer experience manager) helped me out with everything and my overall purchase experience was okay, though Gabe was very kind and attentive, and I appreciate that. The paperwork took hours and Dustin Brown (sales manager) wasn't very pleased when I chose to opt out of gap insurance, I let him know I'll use that gap coverage through my current insurer and that is my final decision. I should also mention that my vehicle was not available immediately in their dealer, it got delivered from Fargo, ND. So I did not get to see it firsthand, I test drove a different vehicle of the same model I was searching for. Upon my vehicle's arrival to the dealer, I went in to pick it up and done deal. Then days later a problem popped up, I noticed the vehicle was missing some trim part near the passenger side window. I was shocked to find this out only because this was a brand new vehicle, so I brought it back in to the dealer and they were able to fix that problem. Gabe was so kind and apologetic that he emailed me a Olive Garden e-gift card due to the mishap. Comparing my experience satisfaction between Sales and Service depts, service dept wins, that's for sure! I love the people that work in the service dept, they're fast and nice and friendly. What else can you ask for? I like coming here every time my vehicle needs service, the waiting area and refreshments are great! And most importantly, love the free car washes!
Sales staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I got everything I wanted in my vehicle. I was very disappointed that they ran a hard inquiry on my credit again when they PROMISED they would only be using my signed release to pull my preapproval from my credit union (which my credit union had told me Morrie’s coyld do as they partnered with them). So I had 2 additional hard inquiries now effecting my credit score after they confirmed 3 separate times they would not.
The price is competitive and the service is fast and excellent.good job Morrie’s team!
I got an estimate for tires at my last visit. Their price beat any other ones.Their online service scheduling is amazing and easy to use. When I put in my phone number, my car popped up and it listed services that are due including the tire quote. I just easily picked a date and time.Even though I drive a Subaru, I go to them for all my service. They are what top quality service should be.I'd highly recommend their service, regardless of what you drive.

Brian Lee was the most helpful, and kind team-member that I have ever worked with at a dealership. From start to finish he was attentive and honest. Set me up with exactly what I needed it, and the turnaround was bar none. I came in on a Thursday, test drove the car until Friday evening and had new keys in hand by Saturday afternoon. He is the best, and I highly recommend working through him if you want an honest, and truly wonderful car buying experience. Well done Brian, and the rest of the team.
